Expatriates in **Mexico** have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the country, as the majority find that local residents are generally friendly. They also report that making friends is not a problem, and they are happy with their social lives in general. Approximately three out of every four foreigners in **Mexico** say it's easy to make local friends, and this factor is crucial because it indicates that expatriates have a personal support network that motivates them to stay in the country. Likewise, it ranked second in the ersonal finance index, as 71% of respondents are satisfied with the overall cost of living, and 80% are satisfied with their financial situation, compared to the global average of 58%.
